Shadox uses the 4 punches of Boxing (jab, straight, hook and uppercut), also incorporates the elbow strikes of Muay-Thai, and the kicks and defense positions of Karate. Everything is combined to execute coherent "steps" of attack or defense in combat.

Shadox is characterized by allowing each person to go at their own pace, which is why we have created multilevel classes, where the intensity is set by each person according to their ability and physical condition.

You'll burn a lot of calories in each class, women 300-650 and men 500-1000.

You will train and strengthen your arms and legs.

✅ You will drain the stress you have accumulated inside you.

✅ You will gain reflexes, coordination, agility and resistance in a balanced way.

✅ And the most important benefit of all, you will end each class with a smile.

Shadox is a discipline that can be done without any additional equipment, beyond having the desire to have fun, a device and internet access.

Although we use bandages on the fists to strengthen our blows and keep the wrist straight, they are not essential or limiting for the realization of the classes.
